QQ Catalyst – How to Generate Book of Business Report

Step 1: Open QQ Catalyst
Step 2: Click “Reports” from the navigation menu at the top of the page
Step 3: Click “Add New Report” 
Step 4: From the Report Category menu – select “Customers” 
Step 5: Under “Data Sources - Customer” click the check box for “Customer Information” 
Step 6: Under “Data Sources – Policy” click the check box for “Policy Information” 
Step 7: Click “Next” in the bottom right of the page 
Step 8: The next page lets you define Report Columns. You’ll need to add each of the 
following columns:
  • “First Named Insured” 
  • “Customer Number”
  • “Customer Zip Code”
  • “Customer Since Date” 
  • “Line of Business” 
  • “Policy Number”
  • “Policy Premium” 
  • “Parent Carrier” 
  • “Writing Carrier” 
  • “MGA/Broker” 
  • “Producer”
  • “Agent on Policy” 
  • “CSR on Policy”
  • “Policy Status” 
  • “Effective Date” 
  • “Policy Business Type” 
  • “Expiration Date” 
  • “Policy Business Type”
  • “Customer Status” 
Step 9: Click “Next” in the bottom right of the page
Step 10: The next screen lets you Refine Report. Click “Click here to add filters” 
Step 11: Change “Column” field to “Policy Status”
Step 12: Change “Value” field to “Active” 
Step 14: Click “Add Another Filter”
Step 15: Select “Customer Status” to “Active” 
Step 16: Click “Next” in the bottom right of the page
Step 17: Click “Next” thru the Organize Report
Step 18: Click “Next” thru the “Calculate Data” Page
Step 19: On the “Add New Report: Report Preview” screen, click the “Name” field. Give 
your report a name. 
Step 20: Scroll down on the “Add New Report: Report Preview” page and click “Select All” 
under the “Locations” heading 
Step 21: Click “Save And Run” in the bottom right of the page. 
Step 22: QQ Catalyst will open a Pop-Up menu. Under the “Export To” field, click the 
dropdown and change from “PDF” to “Spreadsheet.” 
Step 23: Click “Run” 
Step 24: Confirm the file saved
Step 25: Upload the file to Agency Focus
