Export the correct report for completion of your project
Step 1: Open HawkSoft
Step 2: Click “Reports” from the navigation menu at the top of the page
Step 3: Click “Advanced Reports”
Step 4: From the “Report Generator” menu – select “<New Report>”
Step 5: On the “Policy Type Filter” page – select all the appropriate Policy Types
Step 6: Click “Next >” in the bottom right of the page
Step 7: On the “Report Generator Filters” page, under “Filter 1”, select “Status”
Step 8: In the pop-out menu, select “All Active”, and “All Active (Pending)”
Step 9: Click “Next >” in the bottom right of the page
Step 10: Click “Next >” in the bottom right of the page
Step 11: On the “Report Layout” page, you can click the “Add/Edit” button to customize the fields on the policy or you can click “Save Layout” if you like the default order.
Step 12: Click “Finish” on the bottom right of the page
Step 13: Once the report has ran, save the file as a spreadsheet
Step 14: Upload the file to Agency Focus
