How do I attach multiple files in a form?

AgencyFocus' forms will sometimes ask you to attach multiple files in one section. This video tutorial will guide you on how to do that.

Step 1: Organize Files Into Same Folder

First, it is important to make sure that all of the files you want to attach are in the same folder, and if not, move or copy them to the same folder.

If they are not in the same folder, you cannot attach them at the same time.

Step 2: Attach The Files

While in the form you want, click the "Choose Files" button to start selecting files to attach.

Navigate to the folder where your files are stored.

Next, there are three different methods for selecting multiple files:

  1. Click and drag: While in the file menu, if you click in an empty space and drag, you should be able to select multiple files at the same time. This method works best when you want to select all the files in a folder.
  2. Checkbox selection: If you use Windows, you can click the checkboxes next to the file names or icons. This will allow you to select specific files.
  3. Ctrl or ⌘ key: While in the file selection dialogue, hold down the "Ctrl" or "⌘" key on your keyboard, and then click the files you would like to attach. This method also allows you to select multiple files, and it works on both Windows and Mac.
